Welcome to "The Joy of Jewelry"! Before you start looking around at this website, there are a few things you should know.

1. This is a Christian website, so everything on here is designed to represent something to do with Jesus Christ. Anyone is welcome to shop, but please be prepared for a Christian message on almost every page. If you are interested in learning more about what I believe, please read the Statement of Faith page.

2. Although I do use different beads and crystals to stand for different ideas - and I think that it is fun and meaningful to use them to symbolize things - I do not believe that these have any power in and of themselves whatsoever.

3. All of the jewelry on this website is handmade (though, of course, I don't make any of the materials) so there may be slight variations.

4. If any of the jewelry has the wrong measurements for you, please write down the correct measurements in the "comments" section on the order form.

5. My guarantee for my jewelry is that if it breaks with normal wear (no rough stuff) within the space of one year, you can send me all of the beads and the clasp and I will be happy to re-string it and mail it back to you.
If you have an accident with the jewelry at any time, you can send me the beads, clasp and price of postage, along with $5.00 for my time, and I will be happy to re-string it and return it to you.

It is my hope that this website and jewelry will help to point you to Jesus Christ and bless you as you follow Him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Statement of Faith

Since it is so important to have a correct Statement of Faith, I have decided to copy the Statement from our church in the "About Us" section of http://www.cogct.org/

About Our Church:

At Covenant of Grace Church we believe in a living and vital relationship with Jesus Christ. Not only do we love Jesus Christ, we believe it is important to have a deep and well-founded theology based upon the Bible. We hold to the solid theology of the Reformation. We are Reformed in both orthodoxy (doctrine) and orthopraxy (practice). Our worship and praise of Jesus Christ is the most important event of our church. It is our desire to "worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness".

Our practice of the Biblical Christianity means we believe families should be lead by godly fathers, parents raising a "godly seed", and that our each household should practice family worship. We are a "family-integrated" church so we always keep our children with us in worship and Sunday school.

Covenant of Grace Church is committed to:

The verbal, plenary inspiration, inerrancy, infallibility, authority and sufficiency of the Holy Scripture

We are a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church denomination. The CPC is a denomination that is committed to Presbyterian practice, doctrinal purity, faithful worship, and the expansion of Christ’s Kingdom to all areas of society and home.

The distinctives of the CPC are:

The belief that the Bible is inspired and inerrant, and our sole authority and guide for all things.
The preaching of the Gospel of Christ without compromise.
The belief that God created the earth and heavens in six days.
The encouragement for father led family worship.
The promotion and support for Christian educational training of children.
